Damit auch m\u00e4nnlicher Nachwuchs den Zugang zur Arbeit im Labor findet, hat die R-Biopharm AG am bundesweiten Girls\u00b4 Day\/Boys\u00b4 Day am 27. April acht Jungen im Alter von 12 bis 14 Jahren empfangen. Und die besch\u00e4ftigten sich unter anderem eingehend, aber professionell mit Keks und Schokolade.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8220;.vc_custom_1682662798195{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8220;]Einen Tag lang tauchten die jungen G\u00e4ste in die Arbeitswelt des Biotechnologieunternehmens ein. Begleitet wurden sie dabei zun\u00e4chst von Thomas Hektor (Leiter F&amp;E Lebensmittel- und Futtermittelanalytik), der ihnen mit einer Tour den Stammsitz des Unternehmens in Pfungstadt zeigte. Im hauseigenen Labor empfing Julia Jost (Laborantin im Bereich Lebensmittel- und Futtermittelanalytik) die aufgeweckte und interessierte Gruppe. Und dann ging es im wei\u00dfen Kittel an die Arbeit. Mandeln sind h\u00e4ufig eine Ursachen f\u00fcr Nahrungsmittelallergien. Mit dem ELISA-Test (Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay) zum Nachweis bestimmter Proteine untersuchten die Jungen unterschiedliche Proben von Keks und Schokolade, um herauszufinden, ob darin R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde von Mandeln sind und wenn ja, in welcher Konzentration. \u201eIch glaube, besonders gut hat ihnen das Pipettieren an sich gefallen\u201c, berichtet Julia Jost, \u201eund zu sehen, dass das wirklich funktioniert, da es etwas schwierig ist, sich das in der Theorie vorzustellen.\u201c[\/vc_column_text][mk_image_slideshow images=&#8220;9034,9040,9046,9052&#8243; image_width=&#8220;1280&#8243; image_height=&#8220;960&#8243; effect=&#8220;slide&#8220; pause_on_hover=&#8220;true&#8220; smooth_height=&#8220;false&#8220;][vc_empty_space height=&#8220;20px&#8220;][vc_column_text css=&#8220;.vc_custom_1682662811238{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8220;]Nach der professionellen Besch\u00e4ftigung mit Naschereien durften die jungen G\u00e4ste zum Abschluss des erlebnisreichen Tages wirklich genie\u00dfen: In der hauseigenen Kantine, die alles frisch und aus Bio-Lebensmitteln kocht, gab es leckere, hausgemachte Pizza.
