Jaqueline Pfaff

After completing high school, where I majored in biotechnology, and my apprenticeship as a biotechnical assistant, I started work in October 2011 as a producer in clinical diagnostics with R-Biopharm.

My tasks were the production of serological ELISA test systems and the assurance of their functionality. I have always enjoyed this interesting and divers challenge.
In January 2014 I was given the opportunity to take up training as a process manager I therefore engaged in a number of projects some of which I would manage independently.

Since September 2014 I am the co-team leader in clinical diagnostics and am mainly focused on planning and enforcing production orders.

R-Biopharm gave me the possibility to develop my career, even without an academic background.
