R-Biopharm was able to score with its “feel good factor” and I have felt welcome here since day one. I started with the production of ELISA testsystems for residue analytics for food & feed. I was given the chance to poke my nose in a number of departments. I have gained a lot from this as it is easier for me to handle cross-departmental issues and tasks. Self-initiative and creativity were always greeted and it was more than often that I was allowed to implement my own ideas in my projects. As it has always been my wish to pass my knowledge down to the next generation of professionals, I was happy to here that I would actively be planning and managing our apprenticeship program. This mixture of different tasks is always challenging and makes me grow with my responsibilities. The combination of a friendly and healthy company environment and the broad ambit of my tasks keeps me constantly motivated and makes my working day highly enjoyable.
